Congrats Housewarming Card

This is a card that I made for a friend who just recently bought a new house.  Congrats on your new house Janice!  

This card took me a while to finish...I walked by it several times during the course of a week before I could finally put it all together.  Not sure why, but that happens to me every now and then.  


Fence and flowers are Jolee's stickers which I had for a long time and I insisted on finally using them.  House stamp is from Stampology and sentiment is from Hero Arts.

    So cute Arlene! It is a perfect card for a new homeowner! I sometimes have the same problem! Sometimes, what I have in my head comes right out onto the paper, but other times, I have to put it to the side and come back to it! Glad you came back to this because it is super adorable with that little white picket fence :)
