Happy Birthday, CTS#1

Here is a quick card to play along with the new challenge blog CAS(E) this Sketch.  Besides being crazy busy with the usual, I have been busy trying to catch up on my Project Life.  Yep, I am way behind and trying to get caught up (somewhat) before the craziness of the holidays take over!    Wish me luck...

Sentiment is from Close to My Heart, I love that stamp set...as you can probably tell! :)
